Who can be a member?
Membership is open to all past student of KC to join the
Kingston College Old Boys’ Association USA, Inc. (KCOBA-USA). Associate
membership is available to individuals and organizations on an invitational
basis by the Board of Directors.

Why membership:
Join us in our mission to integrate and maintain the alumni in sustaining the
goals of Kingston College. The Association strives to be an advocate and
reliable source of material aid, ensuring that the school continues the
tradition of being a beacon of hope, scholarship, and the production of men of
fit and proper moral character.

How we operate:
KCOBA-USA is recognized as a tax exempt charity by the United States Treasury,
Internal Revenue Service under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
In addition, KCOBA-USA is registered with the relevant charities bureau in New
York, Florida, and Georgia. The Association is administered by a seventeen (17)
member board.

Your contributions:
KCOBA-USA is authorized to receive income tax deductible fees, donations, and
contributions. The Association is supported by annual membership dues, gifts,
grants, fund raising activities and events.

Our achievements through your funding:
Supplied scientific laboratory equipment
Furnished sports and fitness equipment
Operates a breakfast feeding program
Underwrites gratuities to teachers and non-academic staff
Financed construction of building and furnishings at the campuses
Public recognition of distinguished alumni, staff, and other Individuals
Tuition and related assistance to alumni attending tertiary institutions
Established the Kingston College Development Trust Fund. |
